Cassie

Cassie worked for DCM for 9 years before purchasing the company in 2023. Before that she had a corporate career spanning business analytics, marketing and HR. Cassie enjoys the challenge and reward of running a small business. In her spare time, she enjoys walking and travelling, often trying to combine the two.

George

George has worked in pest control full time for 13 years, and with DCM since 2017. Before that he was a gamekeeper so dealing with a variety of rural pests. George enjoys gardening and helps out other people at his local allotment with their pest control problems including wasps and rats on their plots.

Tracy

Tracy has been working with DCM for around 7 years. She is also a bee keeper & has kept chickens and quail for many years. Tracy learned how to trap moles originally as a child at her aunt’s sheep farm. She has four grown-up children. Tracy's previous careers include Head Chef and Dental Nurse.

Kevin

Kevin started his pest control career with DCM when it opened in 2014 so he has been here since the beginning! Outside of work Kevin spends time with his young family and likes to travel.

Babelyn

Babelyn works as a part-time Administrator for DCM. She joined the team last year and has enjoyed learning about the business. Babelyn is dedicated to creating efficient and innovative administrative solutions. She loves reading books and watching movies and is a big coffee lover!
