Put a stop to pests

Having recently noticed activity and found wasps in the loft we searched Checkatrade for someone to attend to the issue. I had a very fast response to my email with news that someone was in our area and could be with us shortly. On arrival we were given very useful advice by a very courteous young lady who then set about her job. The job was complete within a very short time and I would have no hesitation in recommending DCM to anyone in the future.

Outstanding service. I called DCM in the morning, and was impressed by the professional and efficient service I received from Cassie. She arranged for Tracy to come later the same day to deal with the nest. Tracy was good-humoured, professional, and clearly expert at her job, which she performed without fuss – and with great results. All round, a very positive experience. I would strongly recommend them.

I called DCM in a panic when I discovered evidence of mice in my kitchen cupboards. DCM came out the next day armed with bait stations and loads of useful advice on mouse proofing actions we could take. Tracey was very reassuring and made sure that the bait stations were safe and secure with a toddler in the house. The mice were swiftly dealt with in 3 visits. I hope they don’t come back, but if they do, I won’t hesitate to call out DCM again.

DCM have been with us since we opened in 2020 – they have always been very friendly and helpful and a very reasonable rate. George is great! Appreciate all your help over the years and here’s to the coming years!

I found DCM pest control whilst looking to get some understanding of what I should do with a large dead wasps nest found in shed. I spoke with Cassie the business owner, she was so very informative and helpful, she gave me honest sound advice in what I should do with the nest and also my shed. Cassie didn’t try to sell me a pest control visit or any other services, she clearly explained I could remove the nest manually and to keep an eye as the months become warmer for any other signs of nests around nearby etc… It would then be a good idea to call back. Last year Kevin- and this year Tracey – attended our property to remove angry wasps nests. Some of these nests have been in very difficult to reach positions (inside narrow attic/high up under roof tiles).
